Your Self-Talk
What is my self-talk?
Every one of us have an internal dialog, an internal conversation. It’s hard for some people to accept this. People like this see someone talking to themselves and say: Look at these crazy folk, talking to the air! WAIT A SECOND, to WHOM are you saying this comment? Well my friend that is self-talk. If our mind is full of negative thoughts, dis-empowering, fatalistic, and miserable, our internal conversation will be about all that is wrong and bad in our world and in the external world.
Everyone talks to himself or herself! That is a very eccentric aspect of we humans.
Be aware of your self talk throughout your day. This attention will unfold all that is really happening in our internal world and it is here, by noticing our internal dialog that we start to learn about our beliefs.

How does my self-talk affect me personally?
If your self-talk is negative, it won’t empower you. If destructive thoughts are in our mind, we end up with destructive feelings. These are going to lead us to destructive actions, actions that will create a very unpleasant outcome.
If your self-talk is positive, it will empower you. It will be like the friend who makes morals and optimism his best friend, and this friend will be you.
